Catering for babies who are 6 months old - 24 months old, my Milestone Sessions are designed to capture your growing baby's personality and immortalise these fleeting milestones. Babies change and grow so quickly; freeze time by capturing your baby in a Baby portrait session in my studio. Sessions are fully customisable to meet the needs and abilities of your baby at the time of the session. I love to capture babies in classically styled, timeless images with a clean, minimalist aesthetic. I hope to create artwork that will grace the walls of your home for years to come.
My Mount Rumney studio is just 10 minutes  out of Hobart and is perfectly appointed fir sitter baby sessions,  breastfeeding portraits, mummy and me photo sessions, milk bath photography sessions and 1st birthday cake smash and splash sessions.

Confirm your session booking by:
1) Signing your online agreement
2) Paying the retainer

As an expert newborn baby whisperer, toddler wrangler, and adult styling guru, I am here to guide you through your pre-session preparations, calm any nerves during your session, pose everyone beautifully and create portraits of your family that you will adore!

On the day of your photography session, I will have my studio prepared with a variety of backdrops, sets and outfits - hand-selected to suit you and your family! 

Come on in, let me know how you like your coffee and make yourself at home! 

Big Baby sessions will take up to 1 hour and can accommodate 1 outfit change, up to 3 set changes and lots of playing with your special little one! 

Big babies will very much dictate the flow of the session, and we will be guided by your baby on the day.  

4. Your unique session

Your photographs will be delivered via an online gallery within 2 weeks of your session.  

If your selected collection includes printed products, your favourite images for print can be selected at this point and will be ordered and delivered promptly.

Custom Milestone session: $500

My Milestone Sessions are customised to your baby and the milestone you are wishing to capture.  I love to include family images as part of a special milestone session and my client wardrobe is available for babies of all sizes, older siblings and mums.

If you are looking for a smaller session to mark that special milestone, Lauren Vanier Photography is offering a handfui of mini milestone sessions once a month in 2023.  These short, sweet sessions are perfect for portraiture, but do not accommodate a cake-smashing element.  (contact me for a custom session if you want to include a cake smash element in your session)
