q: So, what's the investment? 
 

Where?
Portrait sessions take place at my Mount Rumney Studio.  My limited sunset sessions also take place at my Mount Rumney Studio outside in the gardens. 

Duration? 
Newborn sessions are 2 -3 hours in duration, this time allows for feeding, settling and cuddles as needed.  You and your baby will not feel rushed at all!  

Do you have props and outfits? 
YES!  I have full collection of high quality newborn props, wraps, outfits and headbands.  I also have a client wardrobe of gowns for ladies and little girls.  I have a range of outfits for toddlers in both genders up to size 18m.

What do I need to bring? 
Babies will sleep best with a full tummy so please come prepared to feed baby at least a few times during the session.  A dummy or pacifier can be very useful for the session, even if you don't normally use one.  
If you will be utilising the gowns in the client wardrobe, I recommending bringing a selection of undergarments in both neutral and black and a strapless bra. 

What if my baby doesn't sleep? 
I allow up to 3 hours duration for newborn sessions to ensure that there is plenty of time to feed, comfort and settle baby.  If Baby is awake and settled we will capture some beautiful awake images.   Baby's comfort and safety is the highest priority for me, and I am an expert in ensuring that you get a beautiful varied gallery of images irrespective of your baby's mood on the day.  

How do I book?
I will pencil your session based on your due date, so all I need is a signed agreement and the session fee paid to secure your booking.  I accept payment of session fee via bank transfer, AfterPay and all major credit /debit cards.  Payment plans are available on request.  

What happens after the session? 
After your session, I will go through all of the images and select the best for editing. The images in your final gallery will be hand edited and available for viewing about 2 weeks after your session.  I will schedule your viewing appointment at the end of your session and you can come back to the studio, relax with a beverage of your choice and select the images / products you would like to purchase.  It can be helpful to bring some photos of your walls so we can plan where your selected canvases/wall art will look amazing in your home.  

What if I just want digital images? 
Not a problem!! I love to offer prints with my collections because I know (and I mean I KNOW) how hard it is to get around to printing out your images and displaying them.  Don't let your family photos languish on your phone - show them off! Print them out! But if you really don't want to print them, that's ok too.  The collection prices are the same. 

Can you help me design my album? 
YES! Albums are so much hard work to plan and design aren't they!?  I know!  Let me take the hassle out of planning and preparing your album so you can just select your finish and I will do all the rest! 

Can you help me hang my artwork? 
Yes!!  I can arrange an appointment with my highly skilled artwork installer once your products arrive to ensure that your artwork graces your walls with no mess or fuss for you to worry about!  Installation fees start at  just $200.
